Frequently Asked Questions

What is The Music Movement?

The Music Movent is Dada's social network. Meet other fans, share your favorite artists, upload pictures and videos, start a blog and more in our unique music community.

What does DRM-free mean?

All Dada Mp3s can be legally downloaded and are DRM-free. DRM stands for Digital Rights Management which is the encrypting system that limits the use and transfer of MP3 files.

Because Dada Mp3s are DRM-free, they can be transferred to any device, without restrictions. The music downloaded on Dada can be downloaded to your PC, and transferred to any PC, Mp3-compatible phone or Mp3 player, including the iPod. The tracks can also be burned to a CD to be listened to in your car or on your home stereo.

What can be found in the Music Store?

The Music Store section contains music by genre, but also in lists based on specific criteria: the newest tracks, the most popular tracks and featured tracks. In addition to Mp3s, Dada also offers content to personalize your phone: ringtones, games, wallpapers and videos.

How do I download content?

Once you’ve found an MP3 you want to download, click “Get It.” Then:

1) Sign Up: On the next page, fill in the requested information, read the subscription agreement and click "Enter."

2) Confirm: Once you receive your PIN message on your phone, you can either reply OK or enter it on the website. When you get confirmation that your sign-up was successful, you are ready to start downloading.

3) Your MP3 will begin to download to your PC. A pop-up window will appear, asking you to Open or Save the file. Choose Save and select a place on your computer to save the MP3. You have the choice of deciding which player you’d like to use as the default for opening your files. Select your preferred player, and click OK.

After your download is completed, it should open in the preferred player you specified.

Be sure to make sure you save your files in a safe place on your computer. Some browsers may save downloads to a “temporary” file. You can adjust your browser’s options/preferences to specify where your MP3s will be saved.
